About this event
This month: Speaker LaVon Lenaway will join us to talk about navigating holidays for people living with dementia. Memory Cafes are a place for those living with memory loss, Alzheimer's, or other forms of dementia and the people that care for them. Come enjoy creative activities, games, talk with people who understand what you're going through, and have fun! Registration recommended. All are welcome to this monthly event. You do not need to be a Geneva cardholder to attend. Photography Policy: By attending one of the Library programs, you consent to be photographed or recorded. These images and recordings may be used for promotional materials such as the Library’s website, social media, and newsletters. Please inform a staff member if you do not wish to be photographed or recorded. Accessibility Policy: The Library makes every effort to ensure our programs can be enjoyed by all. If you have any concerns about accessibility or need to request a specific accommodation, please contact the Library. View our accessibility page at https://gpld.org/accessibility. Food Allergies: Food will be used or served in this program. If you have any concerns about food allergies or specific dietary restrictions, please speak with a Library staff member prior to the start of the program.
