Melodic Sound Bath & Guided EFT Meditation
Melodic Sound Bath & Guided EFT Meditation with Charlie Sebastian Short Every 2nd Friday of the Month • 7:00 PM The Way Home Shop / Studio Join Charlie Sebastian Short for a 90-minute melodic sound bath paired with guided EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) meditation designed to support nervous system balance and emotional reset. We begin with a gently guided EFT meditation to help soften stress patterns, quiet the mind, and release emotional tension stored in the body. This simple yet powerful tapping practice creates space for greater clarity and calm. From there, you’ll be guided into an immersive sound journey featuring crystal singing bowls, tranquil harp tones, chimes, and hypnotic percussive instruments. The layered frequencies support deep rest, regulation, and reconnection. This experience is welcoming to both beginners and those familiar with meditation or sound healing. No prior experience with EFT is needed. Please bring any personal comfort items you’d like (pillow, eye mask, journal, etc.). Mats and blankets are available to borrow. Come reset. Come soften. Come home to yourself. Please RSVP to reserve your space.
