Mellow: Balanced Rock

REMINDER: If this is your first hike with the Sun Lakes Hiking Club, it is required to contact the hike leader before your first club hike. MELLOW: Balance Rock Balanced Rock is a massive rock balanced in the middle of the desert, providing a fun photo opportunity. The hike starts at Granite Mountain Trailhead in Brown's Ranch area of the McDowell Sonoran Preserve. The winding trail features cacti and beautiful rock formations. Out and back. Hiking poles recommended.
