Join author and Executive Chef Glenda Galván-García for a special storytime inspired by La Enchilada Completa. Families will learn about the rich traditions of Mexican cuisine, enjoy a live guacamole demonstration and tasting, and explore how food brings people together. TIMES: 11am & 2:30pm About the play partner: Glenda Galván-García is the Executive Chef at Granville’s award-winning restaurants in LA, as well as consultant for companies such as Mission Tortillas, Whole Foods, and Taco Bell. Proudly Chicana, she loves sharing principles of Mexican culture through food. The Whole Enchilada is her first foray into middle-grade literature. She lives in Orange County, CA.
