✨ Sound meditation by the bay Join us for a gentle sound bath meditation, a great way to relax and soothe the nervous system. We’ll use breathing techniques to deepen our focus and enjoy the sounds of crystal singing bowls and chimes. 🌀 What to Expect: – Introduction and opening – Collective breathing – Sound bath 🌿 Please remember to bring: * a blanket * extra layers for warmth * a hat * sunglasses * sunscreen * water * any other supplies that would help you feel comfortable and grounded We’ll gather on the grassy area of Tecolote Shores North with beautiful views of the bay. Please see the attached maps and Google Maps link for more guidance on finding our location. A gentle reminder: This area is a public space, so please offer yourself a little extra time to arrive, park, and make your way towards the general area on the map. If it's a particularly crowded day, we may shift our location a tiny bit to avoid families and parties. If we get rained out, I'll notify you immediately.
