Meditation & Intuition: Create a Life You Love

Join Ali Sweeney in person at Discover Your Spiritual Gifts for a playful, grounding, and intuitive one-hour experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself. Each gathering weaves together gentle teaching, guided meditation, and meaningful group connection to support you in creating a life you truly love—not one that just feels "fine." Come as you are, leave feeling more alive, aligned, and connected within. What to Expect Each gathering includes: Gentle teaching focused on practical tools and perspectives for reconnecting with who you are, what you want, and why it matters Guided meditation to help you slow down, listen inward, and access your intuition Light group connection to reflect, share, and experience the power of being witnessed and supported (always optional) While the specifics of each session evolve intuitively, the experience is intentionally introductory rather than intense—designed to be accessible, nourishing, and inspiring without requiring deep emotional processing. Who This Is For This gathering is for you if: You’re spiritually engaged but unsure what your next step is You feel ready to make changes, not just think about them You want to feel more connected to yourself and your inner guidance You’re craving clarity, aliveness, and momentum You value both intuition and grounded, real-world application This is not about fixing yourself. It’s about remembering who you are—and choosing from that place. Why This Work Matters Ali believes that many people are living lives that feel fine—when they could be soaring. Patterns that once felt safe can quietly keep us stuck, disconnected, or settling for less than what we’re capable of creating. These gatherings offer a space to pause, reconnect, and remember what’s possible when you trust yourself again.
