Meditation and Dharma Talk Live Streamed

Hello, Welcome to the Heart of the Dharma! We’re glad you joined us! Our Tuesday practice begins with a 20-minute guided meditation and finishes with a Dharma talk by our teacher, Dana Marsh. After practice, we keep our meeting going so that we can visit for a while. Please note that we meet virtually on Tuesdays and not in person. We can join us virtually by visiting the Live Streaming page on our website at https://heartofdharma.org/live-streaming Also, most members who attend our meetings don't RSVP on Meetup. So even if it looks like there aren't members attending, there are, and we invite you to join us as well with or without an RSVP.
