Meeting Room. Medicare Open Enrollment runs from October 15th to December 7th. This is the one time of year where everyone already enrolled in Medicare can make changes to their plan for coverage starting January 1st of the new year. In this free, in-person session discuss: What you can do during Open Enrollment Choosing and changing plans How to get help paying for Medicare Presented by the Statewide Health Insurance Benefits Advisors (SHIBA) program. SHIBA provides free, unbiased, and confidential assistance with Medicare health care choices. Solid Ground is your local SHIBA sponsor.
