If an event is cancelled due to weather, tickets will be reimbursed or can be exchanged for another performance. Performances will not be cancelled as long as performers are able to make it. While exchanges are not allowed between different events, in the instance of a multi-day set for the same event (for example, our 3-day Nutcracker performance) a patron can exchange tickets to a different day by paying a $5.00 per order exchange fee.
