The meeting will be held in-person in the Mayor’s Board Room, 2nd floor of Bellingham City Hall, with an option for appointed members and the public to participate remotely via Zoom Webinar or call in by telephone. Officially appointed MNAC representatives and alternates may attend in-person or remotely. You will continue to receive a personal invitation via email to participate as a panelist using Zoom.
