About this event
Mantua Scarecrow Contest During World War II, dummy soldiers & Inflatable tanks helped fool the enemy. This Halloween, remember when scarecrow-like decoys turned spooky disguises into wartime deception as we continue to celebrate America 250! Put your best scarecrow (of any theme) in your yard this season. A monetary prize will be given to the first, second and third place winners!
