Manasquan Beach Meetup with Live Music by Burning Sun

FREE! WEATHER PERMITTING! Meetup Friends, Come join the fun with a beach concert by Burning Sun at Main Street Beach in Manasquan. Beach concert runs from 7:30 to 9 pm. Burning Sun is a local band playing reggae/rock/pop at many shore town venues. I am looking forward to checking out this new-to-me band! Optional light dinner beforehand at Leggetts Sand Bar, 217 1st Avenue, at 6 pm. Avoid parking hassles and join us for some music on the patio. We will be on the beach to watch the band, so wear flip flops and bring a beach chair or towel/blanket for maximum comfort! Bug spray if you want! It's getting darker, so I suggest a flashlight for after the concert. Bring a sweatshirt in case it gets chilly on the beach. **Free parking (after 5 pm) at the public lot at E. Main Street and Third Avenue, behind the Star of the Sea Chapel on East Main Street.** If you want to stay for fireworks, they usually start at 9:30 pm. Fireworks courtesy of Jenkinson's in Point Pleasant and visible from Manasquan Beach. **This is a weather-permitting event.
