Make Ceviche and Fresh Fire-Roasted Salsa at Murray Park

Let's chat over some chips and dip. I'll bring the chips and some fresh tomatoes from my garden and make a fresh fire-roasted salsa and make some quick ceviche. You're welcome to bring along chips or dip of your own if you want to share as well! A small donation of at least two dollars is greatly appreciated and helps fund ingredients and equipment. Fee will be collection by via tip jar or Venmo at the event. Meetup will mark you as 'Unpaid' for the event as you RSVP, but I trust you'll chip in at the event, so that's all good. Murray Park is HUGE so please see these directions for where we'll be at, or refer to the pinned location: At the SOUTHEAST corner of Murray Park. Enter the south end of the park on Parkside Drive off 5300 S. Turn left immediately into the football-shaped parking lot, look for a table on the north end with a red tablecloth. Please be considerate of your RSVPs and change them if you no longer plan to attend, so that those on the waitlist can be moved up. No-shows will be marked as no-show.
