@ Learn about the wellness benefits, flavor profile and how to blend an herbal tea tailored to you! Learn the “Tea” at Windmill Island Gardens on Tuesday, October 13 from 6pm-7pm. This class will teach you how to blend herbal tea with Chelsea Fox, owner of Indigo Vibes. Chelsea will take you through wellness benefits, flavor profile and how to blend a tea tailored to you. Discover how to layer a base tea with an herbal profile of holistic herbs. Take home biodegradable tea bags of your herbal tea and knowledge about herbs that are known to provide wellness for sleep/relaxation, inflammation, digestion and immunity. Make and Takes: Herbal Tea Class will be held at Windmill Island Gardens in the white Celebration Pavilion (1 Lincoln Ave, Holland, MI 49423).
