MAIN HALL & Lower Level–Set up for Contra Dance

Members of the Montpelier Contra Dance committee, along with volunteers, roll up the floor-protection mats, dust-mop the dance floor, and set up all the rest of what we need to open the dance at 8:00 PM. The Lower Level is also part of the setup, as name buttons, dance flyers, etc. are put out for dancers to use. This setup time starts at 7:00 PM on evenings when Grange potluck dinners are held before the dance. Dancers use the Lower Level to change shoes, leave coats, etc. during the dance.
