About this event
This exhibition presents the work of Mahler B. Ryder alongside reflections by his daughter, Ulli K. Ryder, in a dialogue between visual and written expression, between parent and child, and between the living and the dead. Mahler Ryder was the first Black faculty member in the Illustration Department at Rhode Island School of Design. Click here to download the flyer.
