ASI’s annual Lutfisk dinner, a traditional Swedish fish, returns on November 15 for a night of Scandinavian dishes and live music. This program will go on sale Monday, September 28 (ASI members) and Friday, October 2 (public). You’ve heard about it. You’ve laughed about it. Now it’s time to try it. This controversial dish consists of dried whitefish, commonly cod, soaked in lye and rehydrated to a gelatinous texture before consumption. It has remained a popular seafood delicacy in several Nordic countries. At ASI, this highly anticipated annual holiday dinner always sells out quickly.
