Note: This is not TexMex. This is the flavors of Mexico. Some of the best food that I have ever eaten. This is a modern, young restaurant full of new ideas in Mexican gastronomy. With original and traditional touches, passion, and love for gastronomic art. I don’t usually eat the rice and beans in a Mexican restaurant. Personally, I consider them a bland filler but I will gladly eat them at Taquero. The green rice is cooked with poblano peppers and garlic. The beans are cooked with caramelized onions and garlic and puréed. The last time I was there, I had the Skinny tacos ( a delicious vegetarian option).
