We’ll read Laura de la Cruz’s Lowrider for Sale and take a virtual cruise down historic Whittier Boulevard before designing a car hood that reflects your culture and identity. Attendance is limited, and advance registration is required. Please register every individual in your party, including kids. This will be used to save your spots in the program.
