Bring the family and have a blast with postgame fireworks.; Negro Leagues Weekend: Join the Indians as we honor the rich legacy of Negro Leagues baseball in our city. The team will take the field in Indianapolis ABCs jerseys, paying tribute to the historic local club. Throughout the weekend, fans can expect educational activations that immerse them in the Negro Leagues history, along with entertainment from local Black artists. Friday's festivities will be community focused, highlighting local nonprofits and spotlighting their impact, and will conclude with a fireworks show. On Saturday, we'll turn up the volume and amplify the culture. | In Partnership with GANGGANG; Negro Leagues Theater Performance: The Indianapolis Black Theater Company will present a dynamic, interactive theatrical experience celebrating the legacy of Toni Stone. Before the game from 6-6:45 PM, actors portraying characters from Toni Stone, the acclaimed production that debuted at The District Theatre in 2024, will be available for meet-and-greets in the Center Field Plaza. Following the game, the cast will perform a 10-15 minute excerpt from the play prior to the postgame fireworks, giving fans another opportunity to experience Toni Stone's inspiring story.
