Looking for that Silver Lining? – Listen or Sing to the Sound of HU

“There’s an old saying that every cloud has a silver lining. When a cloud comes into your life, look for the silver lining because it’s there. If you can’t see what the silver lining in the cloud is, sing HU. This will open your heart so you can say, “Thy will be done.” – Harold Klemp, “The Sound of Soul,” p. 45 At this time of the year as the seasons are changing, we often gaze at the changing clouds. Somehow, we also notice changes in our lives. Looking at these Silver Linings can lift our hearts. HU is an ancient, Sacred Sound and a simple spiritual exercise that can be sung by anyone. We will sing HU together for about 15 minutes, enjoy a few minutes of quiet contemplation, and then share in relaxed spiritual conversation for those who wish to stay and take part.
