This final gathering is an invitation to carry those practices beyond the meditation cushion and into everyday life. Perhaps gratitude isn't something we say. Perhaps it's the way we live. Each conversation. Each meal. Each sunrise. Each ordinary moment. Together we'll close this series with a deeply nourishing sound journey that honors the beauty of simply being alive—and the sacredness woven into even the simplest moments.
