Join us for Living Love Wellness Fest, an afternoon of movement, meditation, reflection, and community practice on Saturday, July 18, from 2:00–6:30 pm at Woo’s Martial Arts in Belmont, MA. This special wellness event will include Tai Chi & Chi Gung, authentic movement, breathwork, Humanhood: Sync, Zen meditation, sound bath, and Zen reflection. Segments of the session will be led by Zen Master Sebastian Rizzon, Zen Teacher Nadia Mounsif, and community ambassadors Tara McCrystal and Audrey Lavallee. Come for an afternoon of mindful movement and shared practice.
