Hey everyone if you or someone you know has or had cancer and need a way to start feeling better and build back your health this class is a must! The next class starts soon so don’t wait to get registered! This program meets every Tuesday and Thursday 12:30-2:00 P.M. September 1st – November 19th Register Here Program Details 12-week program with two 90-minute sessions per week Program intake required before admission into the program Membership included during the 12 weeks of the program Includes cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, balance, and flexibility exercises Includes places to connect with others to share in your successes and receive encouragement on low days Evaluation includes fitness and quality of life assessments before and after participation Facilitated by YMCA-certified instructors Requires referral and medical clearance from a physician Certificate of program completion Call or email for more information Anne Johnson, Healthy Living Coordinator 308-237-9622 AJOHNSON@KEARNEYYMCA.ORG
