About this event
Trivergence is a new musical project spearheaded by Minneapolis musicians Tyler Lustek (keys), Dan Carpel (bass), and Jorge Benuelos (drums). Trivergence looks back upon jazz fusion, hip-hop, funk and R&B classics to retell their stories thru a contemporary lens, focusing on music by the likes of Robert Glasper, Michael Jackson, Sade, D’Angelo, Roy Hargrove, and Herbie Hancock among others.
