Little Explorers: Sensory Play, Stories & Crafts

Westwood - Downstairs Meeting Room, Westwood Public Library. Join us for an afternoon of discovery! Designed for children ages 18 months–4 years old, this interactive program combines hands-on sensory bin play, an engaging storytime, or a simple craft. Little ones will explore different textures, colors, and materials while building early literacy, fine motor, and social skills in a fun and supportive setting. We’re hoping to spend some time outside enjoying the nice weather! We’ll have water toys available for the children to play with, so they may get a little wet. If you'd like, you're welcome to send your child in clothes that you don’t mind getting wet and/or include a towel for them to use afterward. In the event of inclement weather, we will move our activities indoors and enjoy a fun craft or explore sensory bins instead.
