All establishments with liquor licenses are required to attend. You may attend this meeting virtually. Download the Notice of Mandatory Meeting NOTICE OF MANDATORY MEETING October 19, 2026 All Liquor License Establishments/Restaurants, Nightclubs and Bars RE: Stakeholder/Responsible Operator/Tenant/Establishment Owner information meeting Dear Establishment Owner: You are receiving this notice because you are required to appear at an annual meeting for all Liquor Establishments serving alcoholic beverages in accordance with 780 CMR 110.7 and General Laws Chapter 143 and 148 respectively. The purpose of this (in person) meeting is to provide guidance on requirements of the State Building and Fire Codes, given pre-inspection checklists and establish clear communication with all stakeholders to ensure effi cient inspection and issuance of the required Certifi cate of Inspection. The Inspectional Services Department and Brockton Fire Prevention Bureau are conducting joint inspections for all Establishments in the month of November 2026. You will be given a scheduled time for the joint inspection and are required to be present, or have a responsible person present for the inspection. All certifi cates will now expire on December 31st of each year, and all renewed certifi cates will issue January 1 of the new year. This will align all establishments to be inspected with greater effi ciency and convenience for establishment owners. The meeting will be held at the Shaws Center located at 1 Feinberg Way, Brockton MA at 11:00 am on Tuesday, October 27, 2026.
