No experience needed! **Neurographic-inspired art** is a relaxing, intuitive painting technique: let your pen wander into loose, organic lines, round out the sharp corners, and fill it all in with color — no drawing experience required. Beyond just being fun, this method is rooted in a simple idea: your hand can help calm your mind. The repetitive motion of drawing flowing lines and rounding sharp edges is a gentle way to process feelings, ease anxious energy, and settle your nervous system.
