**Lightning Social – A Bitcoin Meetup** Join us for the **Lightning Social**, a new monthly gathering from the Indy Bitcoin Meetup focused on supporting local businesses that accept Bitcoin. The first Lightning Social is going to be held at **The Rejoicing Vine Winery** on **Friday April 3rd, from 5pm-9pm.** 8440 W. 82nd Street. Indianapolis, IN. 46278 For more than four years, the Indy Bitcoin Meetup has brought together people across central Indiana who are interested in Bitcoin, from beginners to long-time Bitcoiners. The Lightning Social is a more casual extension of that community. Each month we will meet at a different local business that accepts Bitcoin so we can **support them directly and vote with our sats**. It is a chance to show merchants that accepting Bitcoin brings real customers through the door. This event is **purely social**. No presentations and no agenda. Just good conversation, food, drinks, and the opportunity to spend Bitcoin using Lightning. Whether you are new to Bitcoin, have been running a Lightning wallet for years, or are simply curious how it works, you are welcome to join. **What to expect:** • Meet and connect with local Bitcoiners • Support businesses that accept Bitcoin • Pay with Lightning if you would like • Casual conversations about Bitcoin and freedom tech **No RSVP required.
