English above | Español abajo Contra Costa County Health Services in partnership with Contra Costa County Library System are here to support library staff and patrons alike. Currently, the Library Wellness Team consists of a Community Support Worker and Mental Health Clinician. They assist individuals in various areas that library staff may not be able to. They offer education about Contra Costa County’s mental health and community support services. They do this through lived experience, education and a passion to help and serve our communities to enhance wellness. They offer a supportive ear and bring a new addition to the library system via connections and partnerships. You can find the Library Wellness Team at these Libraries in Contra Costa County: Concord Library | Mon-Tues | 10am-4pm San Pablo Library | Wed-Thurs | 10am-4pm Pittsburg Library | Friday | 10am-4pm (Available through December 2026) --- Español Equipo de Bienestar de la Biblioteca Los Servicios de Salud del Condado de Contra Costa, en colaboración con el Sistema de Bibliotecas del Condado de Contra Costa, están aquí para apoyar tanto al personal como a las personas que visitan las bibliotecas. Actualmente, el Equipo de Bienestar de las Bibliotecas está integrado por un Trabajador de Apoyo Comunitario y un Profesional Clínico de Salud Mental. El equipo brinda apoyo en diversas áreas que pueden estar fuera del alcance de los servicios que ofrece el personal de la biblioteca. El equipo ofrece información sobre los servicios de salud mental y apoyo comunitario disponibles en el Condado de Contra Costa. Su trabajo se basa en la experiencia vivida, la formación profesional y el compromiso de ayudar y servir a nuestras comunidades para promover el bienestar. También ofrecen un espacio de escucha y apoyo, y fortalecen el sistema de bibliotecas mediante conexiones y alianzas con recursos y organizaciones de la comunidad.
