About this event
In anticipation of Veterans Day, join author Jana Nicol as she shares her experience in compiling the details of her father’s service during WWII. Her research culminated in the publication of Your Loving Son, Duane, Letters from WWII. With the use of Duane’s letters home, personal journal, photographs, & deck logs, Jana has published a unique glimpse into the life of a soldier. This event is intended for adults, but teens with an interest in history are welcome. Registration required. Our programs are free (& very popular)! We often have a waiting list; if you register but can no longer attend, please let us know! Please note: Watch your email for a response, noting confirmation or waitlist status, within 24-48 hours.
