About this event
Meeting Room. All are invited to join us for an informal conversation group where you can practice speaking English in a supportive community of new language learners. Topics will be based on real life experiences such as food, cooking, holiday traditions, the outdoors, and using the library. Attend one or attend all sessions based on your availability. Our facilitator is Jeri DeSantis, a librarian and teacher of English to Speakers of Other Languages at New London Adult Education. No registration is required. This program is free and open to the public. Thank you to the Chelsea Groton Foundation for funding this program!
