Let's Make Chocolate Swiss Roll Cake!

Join Baking Arts & Coffee for a hands-on Chocolate Swiss Roll Cake class with instructor Rosaura Rivera on Sunday, November 15, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Limited to six students, this class gives each participant the opportunity to make a bittersweet chocolate Swiss roll cake from scratch. Learn how to prepare a light, moist, and airy chocolate sponge cake, fill it with chocolate whipped cream, roll it without cracking, and decorate it with chocolate ganache. Each student will take home their own party-sized finished cake. All materials, serving boards, and boxes are provided. The class is for adults ages 18 and older.
