Let's Flow - Yoga with Littles

Enjoy exploring beginning yoga and mindfulness skills with your child while having fun together. For children ages 3–5 with a caregiver. Please bring a mat or towel to share with your child. Registration is required for each child. This program is sponsored by the Friends of the West Regional Library This program starts promptly and any unclaimed seats will be offered to someone waiting.
