REGISTER WITH A PURPOSE! Legends of the Falls 2026 Welcome to Legends of the Falls! A fitness challenge where CrossFit leaves the "comforts" of the gym, for the wild outdoors. Mixed gender teams, consisting of 4 athletes (2M/2F) will compete with 10x CrossFit Games Champion, Rich Froning. Athletes will have to work together while they push through this harsh 4 mile trail at Noccalula Falls Park, down in Gadsden Alabama. With long technical trails, Noccalula Falls offers a location that is both challenging and beautiful. All team members must be 18 or older to participate. The race traverses a 4 mile course around the Falls, interspersed with 7 event stations that will test your strength, endurance and overall fitness along the way. Gather your crew now and meet us on October 3rd, 2026 to test yourself against some of the fittest athletes in the southeast. Of the Event’s net proceeds, up to $5,000.00 will be donated to TOGO Missions, and any remaining net proceeds will benefit Mayhem Faith, which operates under Get Strong Ministries, Inc., a 501(c)(3) dedicated to teaching people how to follow Jesus through relationships, leadership development, events, mission trips, resources, and partnerships that help gym owners, coaches, and athletes use their influence for the Kingdom of God.
