This is the third session in a six-part series that will feature in-depth monthly educational presentations. Attend any or all sessions. Legal & Estate Planning A thoughtful goal-directed estate planning process results in documents that communicate your wishes simply and clearly. This presentation will consider the importance of powers of attorney and how they are used by surrogate decision-makers to help as we age. We will also touch on what happens if you don’t have estate planning documents and the role of probate.
