About this event
The Friday session of Learn to Sew is FULL; please register for one of the other dates/times or register for the waitlist. It’s the season to start creating gifts for holiday giving. This quarter, we’ll make a pillow cover with a pocket perfect for holding a book & reading light. Depending on the fabric chosen, this can be customized for each book lover on your gift list. All supplies provided; however, a supply list is provided with registration confirmation for those who like to bring their own fabrics. This program is recommended for those ages 12+. Those not yet in high school should attend with an adult. (Brand new? Let us know you’d like an Introduction to Sewing 1:1 before your program date by emailing Shauna at swanteks@yourmdl.org or calling 269.781.7821 x1800.) Our programs are free (& very popular)!
