Meeting Room 1. Join us for a family-friendly game of Canasta — the classic card game that brings generations together! Whether you’re 8 or 100, a seasoned card shark or brand new to the game, Elaine Heath will teach participants the ins and outs of Canasta. This is an excellent opportunity for grandparents and grandkids, parents and kids, significant others, siblings, and friends to gather and enjoy a card game of strategy, teamwork, and excitement. Ages 8 and up are welcome! Registration is required and opens October 1. Please call (402) 444.6284 to register. All Omaha Public Library locations are wheelchair accessible.
