In this hands-on class, guests will learn how to work with two different doughs to create two classic Georgian dishes- Adjaruli Khachapuri and Khinkali. For the Adjaruli Khachapuri, an amazing boat-shaped cheese bread filled with cheese, butter and egg, you’ll learn how mix the cheese into the dough so that it keeps its shape while baking. For the Khinkali, a juicy meat-filled dumpling, you’ll learn how to wrap the ground beef into small, flat slices of dough.
