The **1st Tuesday of every month**, the Queen of Foreclosure hosts a LIVE, FREE tour and class at the monthly Harris County Foreclosure Auction. There is a brief tour, explaining the ins and outs of the auction itself, and then a 45 minute mini-workshop that explains hot topics that foreclosure investors need to know, such as: * What happens to the liens after foreclosure? * What are post-judgment taxes? * What are redemptive rights and redemptive periods? * What is the difference between a judicial and a non-judicial foreclosure process? …and much more! AFTER the auction, Linda heads to Luby’s for lunch and you’re invited to join her there for networking and additional Q & A. The Queen will begin the class at 11:30 AM at the Harris County Foreclosure Auction. Lunch at Luby’s should begin around 1:30 PM. Come EARLY though, to get a good parking spot and to get situated for the training. Just look for Linda, the Queen of Foreclosure, wearing purple and her awesome Light-Up shoes!
