At She Goes High, we don’t blindly pass out business cards or ask, “so, what do you do?” We support the human BEHIND the business, not the humas AS the business. ABOUT OUR PRESENTATION: Boundaries aren’t always in the hell yes or the hell no. Most of the time they live in the messy middle — where you’re needing to say no to good things, good people, and real opportunities. Boundaries don’t have to feel mean or cruel. When done well, they actually make you more generous, more kind, and more trustworthy in both your personal and professional life. This workshop goes beyond harsh rules and rigid boundaries. Instead, we’ll learn how to feel into your integrity and capacity so your decisions come from self-trust, not pressure. And learn how to navigate the guilt and the feeling bad that often comes with boundaries. ABOUT OUR PRESENTER: Becca Dollard is a somatic healing practitioner who helps high-achieving women build successful businesses and full lives without burning themselves out. Her work focuses on nervous system regulation, boundaries, and helping ambitious women lead their lives with more presence, capacity, and self-trust.
