LDFF - Soul Line Dancing with Loc Step - Weekly Review

Soul line dancing is choreographed dance moves that you do in a group, without a partner typically to R&B, hip-hop, soul and contemporary music. It can count as exercise by keeping you moving and active. Learning the steps and patterns also helps your cognitive and muscle memory. It is also a very social activity, building relationships and becoming part of a larger community. This will be an all-levels class: teaching everyone from beginners to those wanting to challenge themselves. All levels are welcome! Sundays will be a review of everything taught during the week. ​It's All About the Choreography, Not Your Experience‼️ Both new and classic line dances will be in rotation.
