Soul line dancing is choreographed dance moves that you do in a group, without a partner typically to R&B, hip-hop, soul and contemporary music. It can count as exercise by keeping you moving and active. Learning the steps and patterns also helps your cognitive and muscle memory. It is also a very social activity, building relationships and becoming part of a larger community. *\*\*This class is recommended for students who already know the language of line dance and can follow voice instruction. \*\** This class will offer variety with time to just dance and have fun during whatever time remains.
