Soul line dancing is choreographed dance moves that you do in a group, without a partner typically to R&B, hip-hop, soul and contemporary music. It can count as exercise by keeping you moving and active. Learning the steps and patterns also helps your cognitive and muscle memory. It is also a very social activity, building relationships and becoming part of a larger community. *\*\*This class is recommended for students who already know the language of line dance and can follow voice instruction. \*\** This class will offer variety with time to just dance and have fun during whatever time remains. Both new and classic line dances will be in rotation. You can pay via cash app at $LOCSTEPDANCE or via cash at the door.
