LDFF - BEGINNER CLASS - Feet Friendly Fridays at Chavis Park

If you're brand new to Hip Hop Soul Line Dancing, or simply have been out of action for some time and want to get back into the swing of things, this is the class for you. Even if you are experienced, we recommend this class for the sake of fine tuning the fundamentals of line dancing. \*\*\*\*\*WHERE\*\*\*\*\* Join us at John Chavis Memorial Park Friday nights. We will be dancing inside the Multipurpose Room 2, which is upstairs by the elevator inside the main building. If and when weather permits, we'll be outside of the main building, as seen in the picture of this meetup. The capacity for this is currently set for 30 people, not including me. Once the session begins, the doors will be locked. **You can still be allowed in if you are running late.** Just knock to get someone's attention. There are plenty of chairs available for you to pull out so, no need to bring your own chair unless you are particular. :) \*\*\*\*\*CLASS DETAILS\*\*\*\*\* The objective of this class is to teach you what the basic line dance steps are, including the differences between Country Western Line Dancing vs Hip Hop Soul Line Dancing. You will also learn the fundamental terminology and concepts associated with executing these steps. Lastly, you will be groomed for following voice instruction. Towards the end of each class, what you have learned for the day will be reinforced with beginner line dances to test your knowledge.
