New York-based vocalist Laura Anglade has long been rooted in the Great American Songbook, but her new single; , "rdquo" -> Something's Coming" from West Side Story expands that language into something more theatrical, textured, and emotionally open. Anglade is entering what she describes as , "rdquo" -> a new era of my artistry," one shaped by the feeling of being , "rdquo" -> on the brink of something I can't quite name yet." Anglade is pushing further into her range as a performer. , "rdquo" -> I find myself taking more risks," she says. , "rdquo" -> I am more experimental and can stretch more, testing the limits." Rather than treating that momentum as a finish line, this release opens the door to a broader, more theatrical chapter of her work.
