Last Yoga Meeting Ever

It’s been 10 years and… Thank you to all who have come and made this place a way-station for so many. For 10 years, you saved my life and you didn’t know it. Thank you. For 10 years, you shared the most precious thing you have, time. Thank you. For 10 years, you let people know that would show up. Thank you. This will be our last and final yoga session. So, for the very last time, come join us for a fun and invigorating hour of yoga! Come and say “Hi” to those around you and say good-bye. This is a casual, beginner oriented group that will focus mainly on basic and a few intermediate poses. A yoga mat is recommended so please bring your own. We will go for drinks/food afterwards so please join if you are free!
