Got an instrument? Bring it. A jar with rice percussion? Perfect. This is no-pressure JAM where beginners, pros, and everyone in between can play and learn freely. No judgment - just music, good vibes, and the occasional wrong note (which we’ll call "jazz"). Any instrument, any level - just come and make some noise! There's no electricity. The spot is beautiful, we sit on the grass playing for geese and raccoons: 664–658 Bellevue Ave, Oakland, CA 94610 – look around the Mid Century Monster! You’ll spot us from the sculpture. We are CASUAL, beginners ARE WELCOME (I'm a beginner myself), music styles are different depending on the musicians, but leaning towards jazz. NOT FOR SINGERS sorry.
