Lake Beresford Park (2026)

We start with a lap or two around the northern triangle and then turn onto the main trail. We'll head north to the banana tree and then south to Hwy. 17-92. We go back the same way to the banana tree. We sometimes make an optional loop or two around the triangle again just to get a little more mileage. Either way, this is a great ride. Speed varies 14 to 17. We often break into groups by speed so everyone can ride their own pace. Make sure you bring plenty of your favorites for hydration and nutrition. If you run out, we can resupply at the convenience store at 17-92. We don't normally stop there unless someone makes the request, but we want to make sure everyone has what they need. Helmets are required. If you wear earbuds, please make sure they are the type where you can still hear any warnings announced by the riders in front of you for safety's sake. (I really like my Shokz.)
