Friday, August 28 / 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. Wilson Arts Center / 204 Nash St S Age 14+ (minors must be accompanied by an adult) $50 Members / $55 Non-Members Celebrate the sweetest flavors of the season in this hands-on baking class featuring a beautiful and delicious summer fruit tart. In this class, learn how to create a stunning dessert that looks bakery-worthy but is surprisingly approachable to make at home. Work with fruits such as strawberries, kiwis, blueberries, mandarin oranges, and other seasonal favorites. Along the way, you’ll learn tips for preparing fruit, creating eye-catching designs, and assembling a dessert that’s perfect for summer gatherings, brunches, holidays, or simply treating yourself. Each participant will create their own fruit tart to take home and enjoy, and light appetizers will be served during class.
